Each week will be a different type of class from the following: Breath & Body Awareness, Loving Kindness (Metta) Practice, Gratitude, Introducing a Mantra Meditation, Self Inquiry or Reiki- opening up the Chakras Meditation. -30 minute class. $10pp (abbreviated GM on class schedule)
